New generation high performance eco-friendly injection PU resins

 
PU injection resins are used extensively in construction, including underground applications such as tunnelling and mining industries. PU injection resin technology is constantly driven and enhanced by increasingly stringent legislations for environmental, health and safety protection as well as customer demands for high performance products at reduced cost. Many phthalates used in PU injection resins have been classed as toxic and substances of high concern by the EU Commission. We have therefore developed a range of new generation PU injection resins for mining, tunnelling, rehabilitation & maintenance applications. These new generation formulations are free of phthalates or any classified plasticizer, and are safer in production and application, and the cured materials are more eco-friendly. These PU injection resins also offer enhanced performance which can meet each customer's specific requirements regarding the ease of application, the rate of cure, rate of expansion etc, together with improved strength of cured resins.
