Multi-tasking water-borne epoxy binder system: Going beyond protection

 
The careful selection of both epoxy dispersion and curing agent are key in achieving highest performance with water-borne anti-corrosion coatings. This paper will cover the recent development of a novel epoxy binder system which boosts final coating performances while maintaining ease of application. This binder system enables formulators to develop robust and cost-effective water-borne anti-corrosion paints which balance application requirements such as workability, rheology and fast drying with highest corrosion protection.
