High-output product development

 
We provide solutions to increase throughput and efficiency in the paints and coatings industry, especially in areas such as pigment synthesis, emulsion polymerization, and more recently paint formulation. However, in this newer field, it quickly became apparent that to avoid creating bottlenecks in the development process, a clear strategy to automate formulation, application and testing is essential. This required a step-change in the design of our solutions in this arena. Our most recent development to meet this challenge is the FlexShuttle. By combination of a series of conveyor belts and workstations it is possible to process samples in parallel and meet even the most rigorous throughput requirements.
