90% Time and energy savings by sustainable inline dispersion technology

Conventional technologies, such as dissolvers or bead mills, convert more than 90% of the applied electrical energy into heat - unwanted heat because they dissipate their energy in an undirected manner over long periods of time in large volumes of product. New inline disperser technologies don't do this. Although they use the same amount of electrical power, it is directed and concentrated in a single pass through a high-shear dispersing zone with a volume of less than 250ml and in a fraction of a second. The intensity of the power per volume is 30,000 times greater than in a conventional dissolver and 75 times greater than in a bead mill. The shear rate is also 1,000 times greater. Energy, process time and temperature rise are reduced by up to 90%.
